Every summer after the recital, Art in Motion holds an afternoon dance audition where our teachers will watch and decide if they are ready to be in the dance company, and what groups they will be placed in.

Company members have a larger commitment to the studio than our recreational students. Company members will attend at least three regional competitions a year. They have more requirements when it comes to ballet and body placement, and they are held at a more serious, and higher level when it comes to their dance education.
