Sweat & Slay - Where every Body is a Dancer!

Ages 18+

We welcome anyone who loves to dance whether you danced as a child or teen and would like to continue to dance or you never had the opportunity to learn to dance.

Art in Motion School of Dance offers Classes for all levels, from introductory through advanced. This class is structured to get your body moving while learning through different genres of dance.

Each week is a different style : Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical. Hip Hop. Musical Theatre and more!
